About the Role:

As a privacy compliance analyst in the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice, you will collaborate with team members to conceptualize, deliver, and support our clients through today’s ever-changing privacy landscape. NYSTEC is considered a trusted advisor, providing subject matter expertise and connecting the dots for our clients. Serving as a privacy compliance analyst, your day-to-day role will include supporting the privacy program for the New York State Medicaid Program.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for privacy and regulatory compliance and a deep knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as well as New York State and federal privacy laws and regulations. As a consultant, you will work independently and with teams to develop solutions to complex problems.

The pay range for this position is $60,334.00 to $82,959.80 per year.
